Welcome to Vibbit. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vibbit mobile application operated by Everont Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use Vibbit for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app.

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

  • Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to sign in using a third-party account (such as Apple or Google).

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" button within the app settings.

3. In-App Purchases

Vibbit may offer premium features or content for purchase.

  • Third-Party Billing: All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly handle your billing information.

  • Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

  • Finality: Unless required by law or the platform provider's policy, all purchases are non-refundable.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the app in any way that:

  • Harasses, abuses, or threatens others.

  • Interests with the operation of the app or its security features.

  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including games, logos, graphics, and text, is the property of Everont Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your use of the app does not grant you any ownership rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vibbit is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of game results or the continuous availability of the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everont Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
